Position Summary

Safaricom PLC is seeking a proactive and technically skilled ICT Support Officer to provide end-user support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless technology operations across the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.

Educational Requirements
