Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Materials Scientist to join our team in Kitale, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable materials solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the company’s overall sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable materials solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the company’s overall sustainability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new materials and technologies
- Conduct research and development activities to improve the performance and sustainability of our materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in materials science and engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation forward
Required Skills:
- PhD in Materials Science or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in materials science and engineering
- Strong understanding of sustainable materials and their applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
