KTDA seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, inventory planning, and cost optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for goods, services, and operational requirements.

• Support contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and service improvements.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development programs.
• Participate in procurement audits and risk management activities.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling vendor management and contract administration.
