Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sustainability audits for construction projects to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement green building strategies aligned with LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent standards.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate renewable energy systems into designs.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability certifications.
  • Prepare reports on carbon footprint reduction and resource efficiency metrics.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in green building software (e.g., EnergyPlus, IESVE).
  • Knowledge of local and international sustainability regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating construction materials’ environmental impact.
  • Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
  • Preferred: LEED AP or similar certification.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in sustainable construction or environmental consulting.
  • Proven track record in green building project delivery.

Salary

250,000 – 350,000 SSP annually, with performance-based bonuses.
