Job Overview

ChildFund International Kenya invites qualified and experienced cleaning service providers to submit proposals for the provision of professional cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and gardening services at its offices located in Westlands, Nairobi. The organization seeks a reliable contractor capable of maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment that supports approximately 80 staff members across three office floors.

Scope of Services

The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive facility management services covering office cleaning, sanitation, gardening, and waste management.

Office Cleaning Services

  • Daily cleaning of office workstations and common areas.
  • Cleaning of meeting rooms, conference facilities, and reception areas.
  • Maintenance of kitchens and staff break areas.
  • Cleaning of washrooms and sanitation facilities.
  • Internal and external window cleaning.
  • Stairway and corridor cleaning.
  • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
  • Deep cleaning of designated areas as required.

Waste Management Services

  • Provide effective waste management solutions.
  • Waste collection and disposal twice weekly.
  • Maintain environmentally responsible disposal practices.

Gardening & Grounds Maintenance
