Position Overview
KTDA seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, inventory planning, and cost optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, logistics, warehouse, operations, and factory management teams to ensure efficient procurement processes and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for goods, services, and operational requirements.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, and supplier performance reviews.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documents.
- Support contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
- Monitor procurement budgets and spending trends.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track supplier delivery schedules and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis for management review.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development programs.
- Participate in procurement audits and risk management activities.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as KISM, CIPS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience handling vendor management and contract administration.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software platforms.
