Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Forestry Manager to oversee our growing forestry operations in Kilifi. In this role, you will manage silvicultural practices, coordinate field teams, and ensure the health and productivity of our distributed tree farms. Education

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

A minimum of five years of progressive experience in forestry management, agroforestry projects, or environmental conservation programs is required. Experience working with smallholder farmers or community-based resource management is highly desirable.
