Job Overview

The Risk Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks associated with the bank’s operations in Kitui and the broader East African market.   • Prepare risk analysis reports and present findings to senior management and the Risk Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Kenya regulations and internal risk policies.

  • Support the implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python).

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex risk information to non‑technical stakeholders.

Education

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience

A minimum of five years of experience in risk analysis, preferably within a banking or financial services environment, is required. Candidates with prior exposure to emerging market risk dynamics, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance will be given priority.

Salary
