Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC and SCADA systems for cement production equipment.
• Develop and maintain HMI interfaces to provide real‑time operational visibility.
• Conduct regular system diagnostics, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, process, and safety teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics to optimize cycle times and energy consumption.
• Document automation architectures, configuration files, and change‑control procedures.
• Provide technical training and support to plant operators and maintenance personnel.

Required Skills
