Job Overview
The In‑Flight Services Manager will lead the cabin crew team at our Kericho hub, ensuring that all passengers receive world‑class service throughout their journey. This role involves coordinating flight schedules, overseeing training programs, managing service standards, and collaborating with ground operations to deliver seamless travel experiences. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the airline’s corporate policies and the day‑to‑day execution of in‑flight services, fostering a culture of safety, hospitality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement in‑flight service standards that align with Kenya Airways’ brand promise.
- Supervise, mentor and schedule cabin crew members across all flights operating from Kericho.
- Coordinate with flight operations, ground handling and maintenance teams to ensure on‑time departures and arrivals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage inventory of cabin supplies, catering contracts and safety equipment.
- Lead emergency response drills and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Analyze passenger feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on crew performance, service quality and operational challenges.

Education

Minimum of five years’ experience in airline operations, cabin crew supervision, or in‑flight service management is essential. Candidates with prior experience in a managerial role within a reputable airline will be given priority.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
