Key Responsibilities

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management or specialized training in luxury service standards are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational logistics is essential for success in this role.
