Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations in Nakuru. This role is critical to ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable culinary journey. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, staff training, inventory management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities

- Implement strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to manage inventory and minimize wastage.

Education

Experience
