Position Summary

Trócaire is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Systems Team (EST). The successful candidate will support, administer, optimize, and enhance critical enterprise applications including Salesforce, Unit4 Business World (Agresso), Microsoft platforms, collaboration tools, and other business systems.

The role involves system administration, technical support, project management, user training, business process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to ensure enterprise systems operate efficiently across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Administration

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and Unit4 Business World (Agresso) platforms.
• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures and user permissions.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and access records.
• Ensure enterprise applications remain compliant with organizational standards.

Systems Improvement and Optimization

• Conduct detailed Business Analysis of existing processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for Digital Transformation and operational improvements.
• Design system enhancements and workflow automation solutions.
• Develop technical specifications for upgrades and new functionality.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for future implementation.

IT Project Management

• Lead enterprise application improvement initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct impact assessments and change management activities.
• Track project performance and implementation success.

Technical Support and Service Delivery

• Provide day-to-day IT Support for enterprise applications.
• Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and software providers.
• Support helpdesk operations during staff absences.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with organizational requirements.

User Training and Knowledge Management

• Deliver application training sessions for staff.
• Create training materials and user guides.
• Promote user adoption and best practices.
• Support continuous learning and system proficiency.

Educational Requirements

Required

Experience Requirements

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Services, Enterprise Systems, or Technical Support.
• Experience administering Salesforce, Unit4 Business World (Agresso), or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience delivering IT services using the ITIL framework.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.

Preferred

• NGO or non-profit sector experience.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects.

Annual Salary
