Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic EdTech Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our flagship learning platform. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy with educational needs while ensuring scalability and user engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with Kenya’s Vision 2030 education goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of EdTech products.
  • Conduct market research to identify user needs and educational trends.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and educators to create intuitive learning tools.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan educational standards and accessibility requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in product management within education or EdTech.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and pedagogical principles.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan education policies and curriculum frameworks.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Education Technology preferred.

Experience

Salary
