Job Overview

Philips Kenya seeks a visionary Digital Health Solutions Architect to design and implement next-generation health technology platforms. This role will focus on integrating AI-driven diagnostics, telemedicine systems, and IoT-enabled medical devices to transform healthcare delivery in rural and urban settings across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable digital health architectures for hospital management systems and remote patient monitoring
  • Collaborate with Kenyan healthcare providers to identify clinical workflow optimization opportunities
  • Develop interoperability solutions between legacy medical equipment and cloud-based health records
  • Lead pilot projects for AI-powered diagnostic tools in partnership with local clinics
  • Create data privacy frameworks compliant with Kenyan health regulations

Required Skills

  • Expertise in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards
  • Proven experience with HIPAA-equivalent data security protocols
  • Strong background in medical device integration
  • Proficiency in Python/Java for health data analytics
  • Certification in Digital Health Transformation (preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management (preferred)

Experience

  • 3-5 years in health technology solution design
  • Experience with Kenyan healthcare ecosystem (required)

Salary

200,000 – 300,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
