Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensics Analyst to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting digital forensics investigations, analyzing data, and providing expert testimony in court.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, and will be proficient in digital forensics tools and techniques. They will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Digital Forensics Analyst at Kaspersky Cybersecurity Solutions Kenya, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from investigating cybercrimes to providing expert testimony in court. Key Responsibilities

Conduct digital forensics investigations, including collecting and analyzing data from computers, mobile devices, and other digital sources.

Analyze data to identify patterns and anomalies, and provide expert testimony in court as needed.

Develop and implement digital forensics procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity and security of digital evidence.

Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices in digital forensics.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital forensics tools and techniques, and provide training and support to other team members as needed.

Required Skills

Strong background in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Proficiency in digital forensics tools and techniques, including EnCase, FTK, and X-Ways.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Salary
