Job Overview

Siemens Kenya is seeking a dynamic Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production workflows in Eldoret’s industrial zone. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM software
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT-enabled machinery
  • Develop standard operating procedures for lean manufacturing practices
  • Monitor production metrics and generate performance improvement reports

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix or similar simulation software
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, Digital Twins)
  • Strong analytical skills for process optimization

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years in manufacturing process engineering

Salary

250,000 – 350,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
