Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze environmental data related to water usage, energy consumption, waste management, and emissions across the Kisumu brewery.
- Prepare quarterly and annual sustainability reports in line with GRI, SASB, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Support the development and implementation of carbon reduction initiatives, including energy efficiency projects and renewable energy integration.
- Assist in conducting lifecycle assessments for raw materials and packaging to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate suppliers against Heineken’s responsible sourcing criteria.
- Monitor compliance with Kenyan environmental regulations and internal sustainability policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data trends and benchmark analyses.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to raise awareness of sustainability goals and promote best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, CDP) and Kenyan environmental legislation.

Education
