Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze environmental data related to water usage, energy consumption, waste management, and emissions across the Kisumu brewery.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sustainability reports in line with GRI, SASB, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Support the development and implementation of carbon reduction initiatives, including energy efficiency projects and renewable energy integration.
• Assist in conducting lifecycle assessments for raw materials and packaging to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate suppliers against Heineken’s responsible sourcing criteria.
• Monitor compliance with Kenyan environmental regulations and internal sustainability policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data trends and benchmark analyses.

Required Skills
