Job Overview
MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking a Global Programmes & Philanthropy (GPP) Adviser to support the implementation of the CIFF Challenge Fund Programme (2026–2028).
This role focuses on programme management, donor coordination, financial tracking, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery of sexual and reproductive health programmes. The position plays a key role in supporting donor engagement, internal coordination, and grant management within an international NGO environment.

About the Programme
The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) Challenge Fund Programme is a $100 million global initiative aimed at:
- Expanding sexual and reproductive health services
- Increasing modern contraceptive prevalence
- Supporting programmes across West and Central Africa
This role contributes to strengthening donor-funded programme delivery and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Grant Management
- Support implementation of donor-funded health programmes
- Assist with grant management, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure timely delivery of programme outputs
Financial & Data Analysis
- Monitor programme budgets and expenditures
- Analyse datasets to identify trends and performance insights
- Support financial reporting and donor accountability
Donor Coordination & Engagement
- Organise donor meetings, workshops, and engagement events
- Support relationship management with key stakeholders including CIFF
- Coordinate internal communication across programme teams
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Programme Managers to ensure efficient project execution
- Support internal systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and programme updates
- Contribute to external communications and knowledge sharing
Eligibility & Requirements
Education
- Degree in International Development, Social Sciences, or related field
- Equivalent experience in grant or programme management considered
Experience
- Proven experience in grant management within an NGO/INGO (essential)
- Experience managing donor-funded projects and reporting
- Experience working across multiple countries and stakeholders
Key Skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
