Key Job Responsibilities
The Parts Field Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Building productive working relationships with employees, technicians, vendors, and customers
- Supporting Service Technicians in identifying required machinery parts
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and orders
- Informing customers when special order parts arrive
