Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle, from data extraction and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
- Develop predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld across all analytics projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in clear, business‑focused language.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBIP, SAS) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of hands‑on experience in data analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams and delivering large‑scale projects is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 3,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives aligned with the bank’s goals.
