Job Overview
The Commodity Trading Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s trading activities in Kenya, including purchasing, selling, and risk management of agricultural commodities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local and international commodity markets, as well as excellent analytical and negotiation skills. The Commodity Trading Manager will work closely with the company’s global trading team to develop and implement trading strategies that meet the company’s business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in the agricultural sector. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, economics, or business administration, is required. The Commodity Trading Manager will be based in Homa Bay, Kenya, and will be expected to travel occasionally to other parts of the country and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s trading activities in Kenya, including purchasing, selling, and risk management of agricultural commodities
