Job Overview
This role involves designing and implementing climate resilience strategies for rural communities in Kenya. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct climate vulnerability assessments for agricultural regions
- Develop and implement climate adaptation plans for smallholder farmers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to promote sustainable land use policies
- Analyze climate data to identify regional risk patterns
- Design training programs on climate-resilient farming techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of climate interventions

Salary
