Job Overview
The Supply Chain Innovation Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming EABL’s supply chain through data‑driven insights, process optimisation, and technology adoption. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify bottlenecks, design innovative solutions, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This role is central to EABL’s ambition to become a digital‑first supply chain leader in the beverage manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse end‑to‑end supply chain data to uncover trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and transportation planning.
- Lead pilot projects for emerging technologies such as IoT sensors, blockchain traceability, and AI‑based routing.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and visual dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of innovation initiatives.
- Monitor industry best practices and benchmark EABL’s supply chain performance against regional competitors.
- Support continuous improvement programmes, including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen events.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience with statistical modelling, forecasting techniques, and machine learning basics.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a creative mindset for innovative solutions.
- Effective communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Project management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Candidates should have 3‑5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or a similar role within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment. Prior exposure to beverage manufacturing or FMCG sectors will be viewed favorably.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated impact. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
