Job Overview

The Wind Turbine Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, and experience working with wind turbines or similar equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, including lubrication, filter changes, and blade inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with wind turbines, using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal turbine performance
• Monitor and analyze turbine performance data to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of experience working with wind turbines or similar equipment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. A master’s degree or higher is preferred.

Experience

5 years of experience working with wind turbines or similar equipment is required. Experience working in a maintenance or repair role is preferred.
