Job Overview
The Construction BIM Coordinator will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple large‑scale projects. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, the incumbent will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate 3D models, clash detection, and data integration throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans in line with international standards and LafargeHolcim’s internal guidelines.

- Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings, presenting model updates and issue logs to project stakeholders.

- Support the procurement and logistics teams by providing accurate material quantities and sequencing information.

Education
