Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing end‑to‑end logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting for Coca‑Cola’s product portfolio in the region. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for multiple product lines.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets, identifying excesses and shortages and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand.
• Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, or SAP tools to generate dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend technology solutions that improve data integrity and reporting speed.
• Support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean Six Sigma projects, to streamline supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards throughout the supply chain.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying bottlenecks.

Education

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of two to four years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or inventory management within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is required. Experience with multinational corporations or exposure to regional distribution networks will be considered a strong asset.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 120,000 to SSP 180,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
