Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing end‑to‑end logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting for Coca‑Cola’s product portfolio in the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for multiple product lines.
  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets, identifying excesses and shortages and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand.
  • Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, or SAP tools to generate dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend technology solutions that improve data integrity and reporting speed.
  • Support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean Six Sigma projects, to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards throughout the supply chain.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying bottlenecks.

Education

A minimum of two to four years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or inventory management within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is required.
