Job Overview

The Smart Grid Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced grid solutions that integrate renewable energy sources, demand‑response mechanisms, and real‑time monitoring technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart grid architectures that incorporate advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), distribution automation, and renewable integration.
• Lead feasibility studies, load flow analysis, and reliability assessments for grid modernization projects.
• Collaborate with utility partners to define technical specifications, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software components, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as IEC Certified Engineer, PMP, or Cisco CCNP are considered strong assets.
