Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Procurement Specialist to join our management team in Malindi. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring that all goods and services required for our resort operations are acquired at the best value without compromising on quality or sustainability. The successful candidate will manage vendor relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and implement cost-saving strategies that align with our budgetary goals. You will work closely with the Finance and Operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our guests. Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and quality assessments.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast future procurement needs based on occupancy rates.
