Job Overview

As a Salesforce CRM Solutions Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce platforms to meet the evolving needs of clients across Kenya. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, cloud integration, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy customized Salesforce CRM solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Lead integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems
  • Conduct technical assessments to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure client teams maximize platform capabilities
  • Monitor system performance and implement security best practices to protect client data

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience with cloud architecture and API integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Kenyan Data Protection Act)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Salary

300,000 – 450,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
