Job Overview

As a Multimedia Content Producer, you will spearhead the creation of engaging video, audio, and digital content for broadcast and online platforms. This role requires a creative visionary with technical expertise to deliver high-quality productions that align with Standard Media Group’s mission of excellence in media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, and produce multimedia content for TV, radio, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with directors, editors, and on-air talent to ensure seamless production workflows.
  • Research and integrate local cultural elements into content for regional relevance.
  • Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement on social media platforms.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of audio production tools (Audition, Pro Tools).
  • Creativity in storytelling and visual composition.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of media trends and audience analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field.

Experience

2-3 years in multimedia content production, preferably in broadcast or digital media.

Salary

85,000 – 120,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
