Job Overview
This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge digital curricula aligned with Kenyan national standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, technologists, and subject matter experts to create engaging, culturally relevant learning materials for primary and secondary schools. The position emphasizes innovation in educational technology to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in remote and urban learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design interactive digital curricula for STEM and humanities subjects
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into traditional teaching methods
- Develop assessment tools and learning analytics dashboards
- Conduct field trials of educational software in partner schools
- Stay updated on global EdTech trends and pedagogical innovations
Required Skills
- Expertise in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Strong understanding of Kenyan education standards
- Experience with multimedia content creation (video, gamification)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Education
Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s in Educational Technology preferred.
Experience

Salary
