Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure that the bank’s operations are in line with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
- Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to employees
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and report any breaches or violations to management
