Job Overview

The Downstream Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of TotalEnergies Kenya’s downstream assets, including storage terminals, distribution pipelines, and retail outlets. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational data from storage terminals, pipelines, and retail stations.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock‑outs.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly operational performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with EPRA regulations and internal HSE standards.
• Assist in the rollout of digital analytics tools across downstream operations.
• Prepare risk assessments and mitigation plans for critical assets.
