Job Overview
The Downstream Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of TotalEnergies Kenya’s downstream assets, including storage terminals, distribution pipelines, and retail outlets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the analyst will monitor key performance indicators, conduct data‑driven analyses, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data from storage terminals, pipelines, and retail stations.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock‑outs.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly operational performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with EPRA regulations and internal HSE standards.
- Assist in the rollout of digital analytics tools across downstream operations.
- Prepare risk assessments and mitigation plans for critical assets.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of downstream oil and gas operations and regulatory frameworks.
