Job Overview

The Academic Program Development Manager will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of undergraduate and postgraduate programs within the Faculty of Education. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of new academic programs, from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and accreditation agencies to ensure curricula meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop detailed program specifications, including learning outcomes, course structures, assessment methods, and resource requirements.

• Manage a cross‑functional team of curriculum designers, instructional technologists, and administrative staff.
