Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sustainable agriculture systems for clients, including crop management, irrigation systems, and soil conservation
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for improving agricultural productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and agricultural businesses on sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainable agriculture
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture systems design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, and soil conservation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
