Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our team in Meru, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities. This includes conducting accessibility audits, providing training to our team members, and collaborating with our product development teams to ensure that our products meet accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accessibility audits of our products and services
- Provide training to our team members on accessibility best practices
- Collaborate with our product development teams to ensure that our products meet accessibility standards
- Develop and implement accessibility strategies to ensure that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Experience with accessibility tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accessibility or a related field
Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 SSP per annum
