Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct genetic research to develop high-yield, disease-resistant seed varieties.
  • Collaborate with agronomists and biotechnologists to optimize seed production techniques.
  • Lead field trials to evaluate seed performance under diverse climatic conditions.
  • Analyze data to improve seed quality and adaptability to local farming practices.
  • Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international seed certification standards.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in plant biotechnology and genetic modification techniques.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS).

Salary
