Job Overview
As a Precision Agriculture Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize digital farming solutions that leverage satellite imagery, IoT sensors, and AI analytics to improve crop yields and resource efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy precision agriculture platforms for soil health monitoring and crop management
- Integrate drone-based mapping systems with farm data analytics tools
- Collaborate with agronomists to create customized digital farming solutions for smallholder and commercial farms
- Conduct field trials to validate the effectiveness of smart irrigation and fertilization systems
- Provide technical training to farmers on using precision agriculture technologies
Required Skills
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and remote sensing technologies
- Experience with agricultural IoT sensor networks
- Strong analytical skills in crop data interpretation
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices

Education
