Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our specialized design unit in Meru. This role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of digital experiences for our regional user base. You will work at the intersection of business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to create seamless digital journeys. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Design or User Experience is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically within software or mobile application development. A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design processes and successful product launches is mandatory.
