Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives for KPMG’s key clients, guiding them through technology adoption, process redesign, and cultural change. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives and market dynamics.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions, process improvements, and change management activities.
  • Conduct in‑depth assessments of client maturity, identifying gaps and recommending innovative tools such as AI, cloud platforms, and data analytics.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build digital capabilities across client organizations.
  • Collaborate with KPMG’s technology partners to integrate best‑in‑class solutions and maintain strategic alliances.
  • Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leadership and client executives.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights, case studies, and whitepapers on digital transformation trends in Kenya.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C‑level executives.
  • Project management proficiency, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Education

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates holding a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Scrum Master) will be given preference.

Experience

Applicants must have at least eight years of experience in digital consulting, technology implementation, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale transformation projects for enterprise clients.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 3,500,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the total rewards structure.
