Job Overview
Accenture Kenya is seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Consultant to lead digital strategy initiatives in Kakamega. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and foster innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital platforms tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for clients in the public and private sectors.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workshops to identify process inefficiencies and design digital workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate cloud computing, AI, and automation tools.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of digital systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects, preferably in East Africa.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced certifications in digital transformation (e.g., PMP, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, digital strategy, or enterprise software implementation. Prior work in government or public sector projects is a plus.
Salary
220,000 – 320,000 SSP/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
